UNITING
SINDH'S BUILDERS
The premier trade body representing construction and civil contractors across Sindh — championing standards, advocating for member rights, and shaping the future of Pakistan's built environment.
The Voice of Sindh's
Construction Industry
The Contractors Association of Sindh (CAS) was established in 1988 as the authoritative representative body for construction and civil engineering contractors across the province of Sindh. Over three and a half decades, we have grown into a powerful platform of over 1,200 registered members spanning roads, buildings, water & sanitation, and civil infrastructure.
We work directly with government bodies including the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), the Works & Services Department, Karachi Development Authority (KDA), and the Sindh Local Government to ensure fair procurement practices, transparent tendering, and timely payments for contractors.
CAS is a proud affiliate of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) and the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), giving our members a voice at the national policy level.
